1) SUBSCRIPTION MODEL

Quill & Current™ offers recurring subscription plans:

  • Writer: $29/month or $290/year
  • Professional: $79/month or $790/year
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing

    • AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

    YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

    You may cancel at any time through:

  • Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel
  • Email: support@quillcurrent.com

    • 2) PAYMENT PROCESSING

    All payments processed through Stripe.

  • Quill & Current™ does NOT directly access or store your full payment information
  • Stripe handles all payment security (PCI-DSS compliant)

    • 3) CANCELLATION

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
  • Your content remains accessible for export until account deletion

    • 4) REFUND ELIGIBILITY

    Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Request within 48 hours of initial subscription purchase
  • AND less than 1,000 words of AI generation used
  • AND no exports downloaded

    • Eligible for Prorated Credit:

  • Service unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period
  • Major feature unavailable for extended period (case-by-case basis)

    • NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • After 48 hours from purchase (regardless of usage)
  • Word pack add-ons once any words have been used
  • Export features once any download has occurred
  • Account terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • "Change of mind" after using the Service

    • 5) HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

    Include:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

    • Response time: 3-5 business days

    Processing time: 5-10 business days for approved refunds

    6) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENTS

    Enterprise customers with custom agreements: refunds governed by your specific contract terms.

    7) PRICE CHANGES

    If we increase subscription prices:

  • 30 days advance notice provided
  • Current subscribers may cancel before new price takes effect
  • No refund for choosing not to continue at new price

    The English-language version of this Refund Policy is the sole official and legally binding version. Any translations are provided for informational convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail and control.
